Seller FAQ | Join and Sell on the KOPI.ID Marketplace

KOPI.ID is a multi-vendor marketplace that brings together coffee lovers and coffee sellers from all over Indonesia.

ORDERS & ACCOUNTS

A: Not required. You can shop as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend creating an account to make it easier to track your orders and save information for future purchases.

A: Yes, the address can only be changed before the order is shipped. Please contact the Seller via your order details or email support@kopi.id as soon as possible with the order number.

A: Cancellations can only be made before an order is processed or shipped. Contact the Seller from your order details to request a cancellation. If the order has already shipped, the Seller's return policy will apply.

PAYMENT

A: We accept various payment methods, including debit/credit cards, bank transfers, virtual accounts, and QRIS/e-wallets. Method availability may vary by location and bank. All payments are processed securely through Xendit.

A: Please try another method, ensure your balance or limit is sufficient, or try again later. If it still doesn't work, contact your bank or our team at support@kopi.id

SHIPPING & TRACKING

A: Shipping is handled directly by the seller via a trusted courier service such as JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Ninja, TIKI, or Pos Indonesia. The courier selection will be displayed during checkout.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

A: For domestic shipping it usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email or SMS.

A: If you purchase from multiple Sellers, the items will be shipped separately from each Seller's location.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The quickest way is to contact the seller using your order details. Include your order number, product photos (if damaged/defective), and a brief description. If you need additional assistance, email support@kopi.id.

A: If the product is damaged, defective, shipped incorrectly, or not as described, the return shipping costs are usually covered by the Seller. For other reasons, such as a change of mind, the return shipping costs may be the Buyer's responsibility, as per the Seller's policy.

A: Once the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method via our Payment Service Provider (Xendit). The disbursement time depends on your bank or card network.

PRODUCT & AUTHENTICITY

A: Yes, all products come from verified sellers. Each product adheres to Indonesian safety and quality standards.

A: Yes, the total price at checkout includes VAT. You'll see an "Estimated Tax" line in your order summary. Shipping costs are calculated separately. For international shipments (where applicable), import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Buyer Protection

If the item is damaged, does not match the description, or does not reach you, we and the Seller will help resolve the issue by repairing, replacing, or refunding.

Shipping to all of Indonesia

Sellers on KOPI.ID ship throughout Indonesia via trusted couriers. Service and shipping costs are automatically displayed at checkout, along with a tracking number.
