- Register & e-signature: We will send you the KOPI.ID Marketplace Merchant Agreement for e-signature.
- PSP (Xendit) onboarding process: Xendit will perform KYC/KYB and activate your sub-account.
- Add product: List eligible coffee items and display prices in Rupiah (VAT included).
- Go Live: Start accepting orders, shipping with tracking services, and receive payments directly to your bank account via PSP with a split settlement system.
Payment flow at checkout: Customer pays → Xendit processes → KOPI.ID fees go to KOPI.ID → your portion is immediately transferred to your bank account (according to the PSP schedule).
