- Machinery and consumer products must have SNI/BPOM certification.

- Coffee is always roasted fresh; expired or mislabeled stock is immediately rejected.
- Equipment is shipped new, factory sealed.
- If a product arrives stale, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to an immediate replacement or refund. Sellers who violate this policy will be subject to sanctions.
