Seller FAQ | Join and Sell on the KOPI.ID Marketplace

KOPI.ID is a multi-vendor marketplace. Customer payments are processed by our authorized Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and split directly at the source: our commission goes to KOPI.ID, and your portion is transferred directly to your bank account. KOPI.ID does not hold your funds.

  • Indonesian citizens (WNI) with a valid National Identity Number (NIK)/Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) or Indonesian legal entities (UD/CV/PT) with a valid NIB and the necessary permits. Completion of the KYC process from the PSP and acceptance of the PSP requirements are mandatory.
  • KTP (for individuals) or company documents (PT/CV), NIB & NPWP, bank account details, and any additional documents requested for verification. The account will be activated once verification is complete.

We offer three tiered packages with commissions starting at 5% of the selling price—the exact rate depends on the package you choose.

Payment Processing Fee (Pass-Through):

• Card (Visa/Mastercard/JCB): 2.8% + Rp 2,000 per transaction.
• QRIS Wallet (GoPay, OVO, DANA): 0.7% flat.
• Additional Options: Ad Banner or Top Category Feature: Starting from IDR 1,700,000/slot for 7 days.

  • Upon authorization or transaction settlement, the PSP will divide the funds as follows: (i) KOPI.ID's fees are transferred to KOPI.ID; (ii) your portion is transferred directly to your designated account. Settlement times and reserves are subject to the PSP's policies based on your profile.
  • KOPI.ID appoints one or more PSPs as sub-agents to process payments and perform split settlements. Currently, the PSP used is Xendit. Funds received by the PSP are considered yours. KOPI.ID does not retain your funds, other than for our own fees.
  • Allowed: coffee and coffee-related product categories, including beans/grounds, brewing equipment, coffee additives/flavors, coffee-specific packaging, and coffee-themed merchandise or beauty products.

  2. Verification
Xendit will perform the KYC/KYB process with the required documents (NIK, NIB, NPWP, and identity/company documents). Based on their risk policy, they can set reserves or transaction limits.
  3. Activation & Setup
You'll add your bank information for settlement and confirm your legal details. Once verification is approved, you can immediately begin registering your product.
  4. Checkout & Order Fulfillment

At the time of settlement, PSP shares directly at the source: commission fees for KOPI.ID, and your share is directly transferred to the bank account according to the PSP schedule.
