The roast date is printed on each package. Most orders ship within 24–72 hours of being roasted by our partner roasters.
For the filter method, start with a 1:15 ratio (15g coffee to 225g water), a temperature of 92–94°C , and brew for approximately 2:30–3:00 minutes . Adjust the grind to taste—finer for a stronger sweetness, coarser for a cleaner clarity.
